NCEA 2016 EUCHARISTIC LITURGY AND CLOSING CEREMONIES

Closing

As we conclude this year’s convention, NCEA would like to recognize a few more people – without whom, there would be no NCEA Convention.  A big thank you to all of our dedicated corporate partners who wholeheartedly believe in Catholic education and whose financial support helps NCEA to serve you.

Of course, there is the very talented staff of NCEA that put this program together. So much work takes place throughout the year leading up to this event, as well as behind the scenes, to ensure that our convention is a positive and professional experience.

While this is the work of the entire staff, a special thank you is extended to our Director of Events, Amy Durkin and our Event’s Coordinator, Jennifer Sweet, for their attention to every detail and every aspect of this gathering.  NCEA is blessed to have these talented people on our staff who give so much of themselves in service to our members.

NCEA also extends its sincere gratitude to the Diocese of San Diego and the local planning committee that worked with our staff on the countless details that enabled this gathering to come alive.  NCEA especially want to thank the more than 600 volunteers who gave their time – not only over these past three days – but in the weeks and months leading up to this gathering and to the many talented students who shared their gifts to enhance our liturgies.  They were a beautiful reminder of why we are here and why we have chosen to work in Catholic education.

God bless you all.  See you in St. Louis next year!
