Join Sadlier for a FREE, 3-part Masterclass and discover ways to integrate the Mathematical Practices into your daily instruction in conjunction with your state’s content standards as well as learn what this integration looks like for teachers and for students. Each of the classes contains a course video, reflection questions, and free downloads such as Tip Sheets, Blackline Masters, and Activity templates.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
- CLASS 1: When students’ reasoning coincides with explaining and justifying, they build a deep understanding of mathematics
- CLASS 2: Actively engaging students in using the appropriate tools and modeling mathematics helps them make sense of math
- CLASS 3: Discerning structure in mathematics helps students make connections and generalize
If you watch all three sessions, you’ll have an opportunity to receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion of the Masterclass. Details will follow.
