Reading: Matthew 3:1-12
“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!”
As Jesus’ followers, we are undergoing a constant conversion, and are never “holy enough.” We want to give our students all that they should know, and their journey with the Lord is our utmost consideration. Since we cannot give what we lack, we must remain open to changing ourselves for the better while thus encouraging our students. This is of particular importance as we prepare to celebrate the arrival of God, who stepped down to participate in our mere humanity to invite us to experience his grace, truth, peace, and love.
How have you experienced his grace this week?
