I am excited to share with you my experience with the model and what a difference it made for me as a leader of a Catholic school. Dr. Jerry Deegan
For over 30 years I’ve read books and attended seminars on how to manage the work of leading a Catholic school. It was not until recently that I discovered a process that addressed many of the issues I faced. In my presentation I will address how thinking like an entrepreneur can help you lead and manage the school. When I took this approach and found a system to follow, it made all the difference to me, my leadership team and the school. This new discovery for me was the Entrepreneurial Operating System created by Gino Wickman. Adopting this process built the level of trust, accountability, and results in my team. It allowed me to report to my boards and publics with greater clarity. Overall it has transformed the way we operate.
